Requirements

  • Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Strong communication skills with children, parents, and professionals

  • Ability to lift, move, and actively engage with young children throughout the day

Lead Teacher for Ages 3-5

Full Time Position

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment

  • Prepare and implement age-appropriate, creative hands-on lessons

  • Actively supervise and participate in outdoor activities

  • Build positive relationships with children and families

  • Assist with diapering and toileting as needed

  • Maintain classroom cleanliness in accordance with Idaho Health Department standards
