Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

Ability to pass a background check

Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements

Experience working with children preferred

Strong communication skills with children, parents, and professionals

Ability to lift, move, and actively engage with young children throughout the day

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment

Prepare and implement age-appropriate, creative hands-on lessons

Actively supervise and participate in outdoor activities

Build positive relationships with children and families

Assist with diapering and toileting as needed

Maintain classroom cleanliness in accordance with Idaho Health Department standards
